We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Skin-X Clinical.
Change of Mind
Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened, used or its original seal has been broken.
If your product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Approved change-of-mind returns must be returned at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@skinxclinical.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographs to help us assess the matter.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the remedies available to you under that law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Skin Reactions & Individual Results
Skincare results and individual skin responses can vary.
A change of mind, personal preference, or a product not producing a particular anticipated cosmetic result does not, by itself, mean that the product is faulty.
If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction, discontinue use. You are welcome to contact us at info@skinxclinical.com so we can assist you.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or report an issue with your order, please email:
Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and, where relevant, photographs showing any damage or product issue.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
